Catching Navy CAG bird is always a welcome sight and this week we caught the last VFA-34 Blue Blaster in the F/A-18C Legacy hornet color scheme while she was visiting Ellington Field, KEFD last week.. They will probably be participating in the upcoming RIMPAC 2018 in Hawaii onboard CVN-70 under Carrier Air Wing 2 (CVW-2). This will also marked the last active Navy Squadron transiting to the newer F/A-18E Superhornet.
